Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These general conditions of sale are applicable to all distance sales of “Chicca” products carried out through website. Clients are required to carefully read the general conditions, which have been made available on the Website to enable Clients to acknowledge, store and reproduce them. Contracts entered into with SINICO WALTER S.R.L. through the Website are governed by Italian law, in particular those of Legislative Decree no. 206 – dated September 6, 2005 and those of E-commerce Decree.

2. Identification of the vendor

The vendor of CHICCA collection is the company SINICO WALTER S.R.L., with registered office at Camisano Vicentino (VI), via P. Mattarella, 16 – Italy - VAT number IT00627770241.

3. Price

The prices of the Products are indicated on the Website in Euro and are inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges. Delivery costs, if any, shall be added to the price of the Products and are indicated separately on the order .

4. Purchases

The essential characteristics and the price are provided for each Product displayed on the Website. Before they submit an order proposal, Clients should ensure that they read and understand all the instructions provided during the purchase procedure along with these general conditions, because they will be bound by all of them once a purchasing contract comes into existence. To purchase a Product, Clients must place the Product in their “shopping cart”, after having read and accepted these general conditions, with particular regard to the delivery charges, if any, the conditions for the right of cancellation, as well as after having read the privacy policy statement, must select the desired payment method. By sending an order proposal to SINICO WALTER S.R.L., the Client acknowledges and declares that (s)he has read all the instructions provided during the purchase procedure and fully accepts these general conditions.Without prejudice to the use of data described in the privacy policy statement and subject to the express consent of the Client, the order proposal and the Client’s data related to that order proposal may be kept by SINICO WALTER S.R.L. for the period required by applicable legislation.

5. Method of payment

Clients may pay for the Products and the prospective delivery charges by credit card or by bank transfer. The transactions will be debited from the Client’s credit card only after the credit card data has been verified and the authorisation to debit the card has been received from the issuer of the card used by the Client. SINICO WALTER S.R.L. also accepts payments made by bank transfer; all costs and expenses (including bank charges) associated with the bank transfer, invoiced, as the case may be, to the Client by his/her bank, shall be borne by the Client. In the event that, for any reason, it is impossible to debit amounts due from the Client, the transaction shall be stopped and the sale cancelled.

6. Conclusion of the contract

The contract between SINICO WALTER S.R.L. and the Client shall be deemed to be executed at the moment that the Client receives confirmation from SINICO WALTER S.R.L. that his/her order proposal, sent through the process set out on the Website, has been concluded successfully, once the availability of the Product has been verified and the price for the purchase has been debited to the Client’s credit card or in the case of payment by bank transfer, confirmation of the receipt of the bank transfer in cleared funds has been received by SINICO WALTER S.R.L.. The Client’s order proposal shall be binding on SINICO WALTER S.R.L. when the Website purchase procedure is completed without error. At the moment of confirmation of the order, in accordance with the provisions of Article 53 of Italian Consumer Code, SINICO WALTER S.R.L. shall provide the Client, by email, a summary of the general conditions, information on the essential characteristics of the purchased Products, a detailed indication of the price and means of payment and information on delivery charges, if any.

7. Transport and delivery

For security reasons, Products purchased from the Website shall be delivered to the address specified by the Client. The signature of the Client or of a nominated adult over 18 years of age will be required at the time of delivery. SINICO WALTER S.R.L. cannot deliver to PO boxes. In case of payment by bank transfer, deliveries shall be sent once the transfer has been received in cleared funds by SINICO WALTER S.R.L.. For each order, SINICO WALTER S.R.L. shall invoice the Products and copy of invoice shall be attached to the purchased item and included inside the parcel. The invoice will be based upon the information provided by the Client at the time of the order. Delivery charges, if due, are calculated according to the parcel destination and to the Product value and are indicated separately on the order form. All purchases shall be delivered by UPS selected courier service between Monday and Friday excluding Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays, and anyway according to the terms on point: homepage / information / delivery. SINICO WALTER is not responsible for unpredictable and/or delay ascribable only to the courier. In all cases, except those of events beyond the reasonable control of SINICO WALTER S.R.L. or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with Article 54 of Italian Consumer Code, Products shall be delivered within 30 (thirty) days from the day following that of the order proposal conclusion, unless SINICO WALTER S.R.L. notifies the Client, by email, within the same term or by the last date agreed for delivery, of the ordered Products being unavailable, including temporarily unavailable. In this event, SINICO WALTER S.R.L. shall reimburse any sums paid by the Client in respect of the order. At the time of delivery of the Products by the Courier, the Client is required to verify that the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any manner. Any damages to the packaging and/or the Product, must be immediately indicated in writing on the Courier’s delivery note. Once the Courier’s document has been signed and no objection has been raised by the Client, the Client may not make any objection to the exterior characteristics of the consigned parcel.

8. Dispatching and delivery confirmation

SINICO WALTER S.R.L. through UPS QUANTUM VIEW service, shall send the Client a confirmation e-mail once the Products are dispatched with the possibility to constantly track the delivery and a further communication once the Products have been delivered.

9. Right of cancellation of orders

SINICO WALTER S.R.L. seeks the complete satisfaction of its Clients. In accordance with the Article 64 of Italian Consumer Code, the Client has the right to cancel the contract without specifying any reason, by returning the Products purchased from the Website within 10 (ten) working days of the date the Products were received. To exercise the right of cancellation, the Client should send an email to: containing the intention of exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Art. 64 of Italian Consumer Code, indicating the products for which (s)he wishes to exercise the right of cancellation, the order progressive number given by SINICO WALTER S.R.L. at the moment of purchasing confirmation and in the event that the client purchased the products by bank transfer, the client’s bank details to which the reimbursement has to be made. Upon exercising the right of cancellation, SINICO WALTER S.R.L. shall reimburse the full price of the Products provided that they are returned by the Client unworn, unused and undamaged, accompanied by the relevant original invoice, the original packaging and all the components perfectly intact. SINICO WALTER S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse returns of Products that do not comply with these requirements. In cases of defective Products, the provisions of Paragraph 10 “Lack of conformity” shall apply. Reimbursements shall be made by the same method of payment used for purchase. The cost of returning the Products shall be borne by the Client. Any cost sustained by the Client in the return of Products is not refundable. SINICO WALTER S.R.L. undertakes to reimburse the Client within 30 days from the date of return items receipt. SINICO WALTER S.R.L. shall send a notification email once the reimbursement has been made. It is recommended that the Products be returned using a courier and appropriate packaging, insuring the entire value of the item and using a tracked delivery service. SINICO WALTER S.R.L. cannot be responsible for reimbursement of Products returned but not received by SINICO WALTER S.R.L. due to loss, theft or damage. If a Client wishes to amend or cancel an order already made, (s)he must immediately send an email to This e-mail must be sent before the Client receives confirmation of dispatch by SINICO WALTER S.R.L.. SINICO WALTER S.R.L. shall make every effort to satisfy the Client’s request. However, once the Product has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or amended. Dispatched Products can however be returned as set out in these general conditions.

10. Lack of conformity

If a Product sold by SINICO WALTER S.R.L. has manufacturing defects or in any case of alleged lack of conformity, the Client must immediately contact Online Support by email to The Client has the right to have the Products brought into compliance free of charge by repair or replacement, or, in case of failure of one of the remedies above, the contract cancellation. This right ceases to be valid in the event of non-reporting to SINICO WALTER S.R.L. the lack of conformity  within 10 (ten) days from merchandise receipt date.

11. Errors or omissions

SINICO WALTER S.R.L. undertakes to provide information up-dating in the sections of the Website relating to the description and/or sale of the Products.However, SINICO WALTER S.R.L. cannot guarantee the Website will be error free. The Website in question may contain typing errors, inaccuracies or omissions, for example relating to the price or availability of the Product or in the information provided on the Product. SINICO WALTER S.R.L. reserves the right to correct such errors, inaccuracies or omissions, even after an order proposal has been sent, and also reserves the right to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

12. Guarantee of authenticity and intellectual property rights

SINICO WALTER S.R.L. guarantees the authenticity of all Products purchased on the Website. Products bearing the “CHICCA” trademark are produced with the best materials, are handcrafted and are all rigorously and fully MADE IN ITALY. “CHICCA” trademark, together with the set of figurative and non-figurative trademarks, service marks, present in the Products, the relevant accessories and/or packaging, marks consisting of shapes of goods, that are subject to registration or otherwise, together with all the illustrations, images and places protected by copyright, and more generally all the intellectual property rights relating to the Products, are and remain the exclusive property of the company of SINICO WALTER S.R.L.

13. SINICO WALTER S.R.L.’s liability

These General Conditions are governed by Italian law and shall be interpreted in accordance with Italian laws. Any disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of these General Conditions shall be subject to the mandatory territorial jurisdiction of the competent court of Vicenza (Italy).
